All STL files sold on crezy3d.com are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

By purchasing, you agree that you are buying a non-physical, digital item, and that all sales are final.

• The file is corrupt or does not open due to an error from our side.
• You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical issue.
